I;m new and need support!!

Hey guys I'm new on this website. I really need to lose 50lbs and I need all the support I can get. I'm very active person and I exercise 5 days a week .I know I'm losing inches but the scale is says I may lose a 1lb or 2.

Are you saying that you ARE losing 1 to 2 lbs. a week? Because if so, you are doing FABULOUS and right on track!! I know it seems like very little at first and gets frustrating, but the what the scale says is not near as important as the inches you lose. Keep focused on that. The slower you lose those lbs, the longer and more apt they are to stay off. Stick with it!! You are doing AWESOME. Especially if you are exercising 5 days a week. *Woot Woot*0
