Ok so i am going back to my Marien work outs and i started it today. Back then i would run 3 miles but i cant do that yet. so today walked for 60 mins with my wife and my daughter, then did a elliptical for another 20 mins on my own. Another drill we use to do was an extreme core training which is a routine of push ups and sit ups. I entered the amount of sit ups and push ups i did in the system and it didnt show me how many calories i burnt from it. Did i enter it wrong? or does it not count for much? if i can remember correctly this drill was about 500 cal burner (when i was in better shape and could do more) thanks for the advice

I don't know why, but the weight training section does not add calories burned for your exercise. I sopped using that section after the first time I tried.0
