I have a question that I am asking for my brother. He lost 55 pounds and is now at his goal weight. But he still thinks he needs to loose weight because of his midsection having loose skin. Since he has met his goal weight....how does he go about building muscle now? How many calories should he be eating? He is still only eating 1400 calories a day. Shouldn't he be eating alot more if he is trying to build muscle? Someone please help!

Go on bodybuilding.com, such a wealth of information
it is so highly dependent on his end goal that any information here will be all opinion, he should pick a goal or body he wants to end up with, bulky, athlethic, lean etc.. then build a program arounf that goal. there are many pre made training programs on there set for all kinds of end results, just start researching and you will get hooked.
