I was thinking about trying this out. I'm nervous though. It is telling me to eat 700 calories more everyday than it does on myfitnesspal. I'm afraid to try this method and gain back all the weight Ive worked to burn off Especially when my wedding dress alterations are a month away. Comments?

Experimenting is always a good thing. Try it out for a month or so, and see what happens! Don't expect results right away, it will take your body a couple weeks to adjust in the change in calories. Best of luck!
  • I've been doing this (also cycling carbs) and have broken out of a really long plateau! The high days are fun. Hah! It all averages out in the end, I think.

It's telling you to eat more because it's factoring in your exercise.

just to clarify, because i have decided to give zig-zagging a go beginning tomorrow, i stick to the calories that are prescribed for the day and do not eat back any of my exercise calories. correct?

Yes...it already calculated in your exercise calories, so eat what it prescribes...
