Food Log/ Planner

Hello fellow MFp'ers,
I wanted to share a change I made this week that is really helping me make sure I eat right. Instead of logging my food the day I eat it, I plan my meals out the night before in the food log. I measure and cut my breakfast up for the next morning and lunch, and when dinner rolls around I'll check teh log to see what I said I'd eat. This is keeping me from the mind set "Well I have 200 calories left. I can eat those cookies." Now those 200 calories are more likely to go to something more healthy, like almonds.
