Anyone know of foods I can purchase at the grocery store?
I just found a mango and an Italian dressing at Walmart with zero cals and zero fat

    Walden Farms has a lot of products that say 0 cals, but they can say that if under 5 cals/serving.

    why are you looking for zero calorie food? You need calories. You just need to limit how many you consume. Zero calorie also means zero nutritional value. So why bother eating it?
