    wow how did you do it??? i've lost 30lbs and haven't done anything now for about 4 months up and down 5 lbs and i exercise every day almost and sometimes do 2 workout classes on the same day.....

    congrats you look amazing!!! :D i have a question tho. i read recently that people who lose alot of weight have a high risk of getting gallstones. did u or anyone else here ever have a problem with that? xxx

    THANK YOU!!!! so much for posting your pictures. I just love success stories from people who have lost 100+lb.(and you look perfect to me). I have to lose a total of around 200 and so far, have lost 28, but 8 of those since I found this MFP site. I might get up the courage to get a before picture of myself - I have none, since I avoid cameras, unless I'm behind the lens. You might have changed my mind. THANKS for sharing these photos.
