Been on MFP since Jan 3, 2012. Looking for supportive friends who share their diaries. I feel like I get ideas from what others eat that I can incorporate into my meal plans.

I am 37, current weight 187. I am married and have 2 children. I have dieted all my life my highest weight was 269 before I had the gastric bypass 5 years ago. I got down to 160 and my weight bounced right up to the 170's and stayed their for a while. While busy going back to school and such working 40+ hours a week and studying 40+ hours a week, very little exercise and sleep my body went screaming. I have managed since Aug 2011 to today lose 22 lbs. My trainer wants to get me back to 160 and stay there because a body need 2 years at a weight or it tries to go back up. Ideally, I would love to get to 150 someday but baby steps all the way the way there.

If you would like to go through this journey together friend me.

Hi - I have at least 40 to lose and just started last week. Please don't look at my diary for the weekend. I did great last week but did awful on the weekend. But, today is a new day and it will be better!
