HIGHLY ALGERIC TO MOLD PLEASE HELP?

I had some blood tests today that confirmed i have a high allergy to MOLD and a low allergy to pollen At first it thought mold was just something you find in the kitchen and bathroom and off foods to my surprise mold is in foods and almost everything contains it and yeast anything with yeast i cant have or mold.I know whats foods i cant have after research but what can i eat.I con firmed most of everything i cant eat on the list gave me bad stomach aches that was the reason why i got the test i thought i had celiac but i dont.Any advise will be great my stomach also reacts to any dairy and it states mold and all that is in dairy which explains it,.
