Carbs?

I was just wondering how many carbs you all eat per day. I realize that everyone's will be different due to their weight but I noticed that mine seems to be set kind of high at times. Is there a ratio you should use with protein and fats? Sometimes I finish my food diary and I seem to have a LOT of carbs left over but have reached my caloric limit. I have no problem with protein. Also, if you eat your exercise calories back should you limit the carbs or just eat healthy calories no matter what they are? Sorry if this is dumb question. I just want to be informed.

Thank you kindly.

PS My food diary is public, feel free to critique! Before anyone says I'm not eating enough, I was sick for a few days last week and couldn't eat my daily calories. Thanks again.

your diary is not open. However, hit your protein then fat goals ( do not be afraid of fat...fat is good and we need it) then fill in your calories with the carbs

I'm trying to build muscle (lean) and lose fat so my macros are set as:

    protein: 50%
    carbs: 30%
    fat: 20%

good sources of carbs - fruits, veggies, oatmeal
