Hello . My name is Toni .. I am in my mid 40s and am looking to get in shape ... My daughter is a member and is very dedicated to this site ... I am not looking to lose weight , I like being 140... I am just looking to firm it all up and stay healthier ... I started on a stair climber and am amazed at how much better i feel ... I can see how some people might get obsessed with working out cause when you see results .... you just wanna keep doing it... I need to throw something else in with my jogging and my stair climber so i can target my stomach... any suggestions for a person who hates set ups ...
