I joined in 2010 and lost almost 30lbs and now I am back ready to lose 31lbs :(
Good that I am back but not good that I went against my better judegement and ruined all the hard work I had done.

I am a horrible emotional eater and well lately I have been emotional. I have far too much stress in my life and it isn't about to change so I must.

So here I am again. Looking for support, friends and some guidance. I can do it ! I have done it but like anything else you only get out of it what you put in it. I am on Day 2 and I feel that "moment" where something has clicked and this is it. I have had the "I am going to do it now" feeling for the last year but only now did it click.
