Hello, All!

My name is Lindsey, F, 28, in AZ. Started at 270 lbs. and am now at 248 lbs.

I decided to give up fast food and Dr Pepper (and soda in general) late last December and it has grown from there! My goals now include:

-Giving up fast food forever
-Giving up soda forever
-Eating more fruits and vegetables (5+ a day)
-Eating as few processed foods as possible
-Cooking more, preparing more of my own meals, and eating out less
-Exercising more
-Geting healthy
-Losing 120-150lbs

Just to name a few...

I have been doing pretty good so far. In 2 months I have lost a little over 20 lbs and I haven't cheated once on my fast food and soda goals! I've also exercised for at least an hour everyday the last two weeks. I had a rough time getting out of the 250's though and worry about hitting a plateau. Anyway... fingers crossed!

Just thought I'd introduce myself

1.) Since I've been on this site for awhile now
2.) See if there is anyone else like me (AZ? Starting 250+? Etc.) out there
