Colon question?

Hello,

My friend says the doctors told her that she has an abnormally long colon so it takes her a while to digest food and never poops. She said she won't get the procedure to have part of her colon removed because she would run the risk of pooping way too much. One, she has a poor diet and two, hardly works out. She's about 50 pounds overweight. She asked me if Alli was no longer. I told her I did not know but I wouldn't use the Alli if she's still struggling with this issue. She said she already takes benefiber. How much I don't know. I told her she needs to eat cleaner as drinking sonic slushies as a lunch and dinner and pigging out on a huge meal late at night do not constitute as clean eating.

Anyone have any insight on this?

Have her check out Dr. Fuhrmans Eat to Live book. Real eye opener. I read it two weeks ago and went cold turkey! lost 5 lbs in the first week. Today is the start of week 2!
