hey does any1 else notice inches dissappear. but they're weight doesnt change as quickly or should i say in comparison, hope u get me lol. ive lost 3 pounds, i think, need new scales lol, but im loosing loads of inches!! ive lost 4" off my hips 3 off my waist. i cant exercise at the moment so its not that!! :laugh: :huh: :tongue:

    Just your body taking on a new shape lol.......glorify the mirror and have fun shopping and trying on new things no matter what the scale says:drinker:

    I've been lurking on this site 4 a min now reading all the encouraging, inspirational stuff :heart: . I had to post on this one and will start to post on more. Inches is what make your clothes fit better. I love losing weight but I REALLY LOVE losing inches:smile: . You can lose tons of weight but when the inches start to come off you r really burning off the FAT. Much success to all.

    If you're losing fat, but increasing muscle tone you may not see much of a change on the scale, but will def see a change in inches!! :drinker: Yay for you!! Give it more time and the scale will follow also! Good work - keep it up!
