yes it sure is a mind game. since sunday i have gone from 132.2, mon 133.00, tues 133.8 and today 135???? wth? i'm on day 16 with 30ds...no inches off yet either
so it is a mind game when you see no inches off and the weight going up??? i mean 3 lbs in a week? if it is water retention, how do you get rid of that quickly?

Throw the BMI scale away. It doesnt take into account muscle mass vs fat mass.
John weighs 208 and is 40% fat at 5'10". The BMI scale has him Obese III
Mike weighs 208 and is 8% body fat at 5'10". The BMI scale has him Obese III but he looks like the Hulk.
At 5'2" working out 5 days a week you should be eating 1600+ calories daily.
Fuel your body first then create a deficit through working out.
Youll feel 1000 times better and if you miss a workout you wont be below your BMR.0 -
ok, what you just said made sense.. so basically i will never be able to loose more then .5 a lb a week at my height.... for example it is what 3500 cals to loose 1 lb, correct? so if i ate 1600 cal a day, in 1 week that is 11,200 a week, in 2 weeks 22,400 so after i minus the 7000 cals for 2 weeks, it brings me to 15,400 divide that into 2 for per week i am left with 1100 a day, which is no good... so i will only be able to loose .5 a week max.... does any of that make sense, lol ( i tend to burn around 300 a day)0
