I am reaching my goals. Started my journey March 2010 at 391lbs at 5'9''. I was 46% bodyfat. Today I am 187lb and 16% bodyfat. My goal is to reach 13% so I am almost there!

    Truely amazing, you have done such a fabulous job. 204lb!! thats twice my entire goal of 102lb. I cant even begin to imagine the amount of work and effort you have committed to loosing this much weight!

    Thanks all! I think it is funny how many of you see me looking younger, I find myself looking older and more mature. When I was significantly overweight I had a pretty terrible babyface problem :D
