Transferring info to husbands Mfp

Hi, does anyone know if there's a way of transferring information to another persons Mfp page? Eg if my husband and I eat the same lunch it would be really useful to be able to pass the info over, especially where I have put the recipe in.
At the moment , I create a recipe and either make it public or just tell him what the total calorie content was but it would be great to pass the info oer properly without logging in as him.
