Anyone belong to Fitness 19?

Is anyone out there a member of a Fitness 19 club? Is it a decent place? Are they really that inexpensive? Is it worth it? Are they super busy all the time? I'm probably going to get a free pass, but I'd like to hear honest reviews, not just their sales pitch.
