My self-imposed March 1 date is fast approaching and I will not meet my goal of being 130 or 25% BF.
But I'm happy to report that yesterday I finally reached a 'Normal' BMI of 24.9, so I'm posting. :)

I can't find my before picture, so I'll save that for when I'm at goal, but here's what I look like now.

To me, I still see fat and a lot of work to be done, but my friends say I'm doing great. I think I have that 'fat mentality' going on. My question for you- do I look 'normal' finally? And yeah, I guess I am fishing, but I'm genuinely curious...I can't tell.

You look fantastic! What do you define as normal though? Just curious... I fight that middle roll and to me 'normal' looking is to banish that donut tire look for good! My weight goal is similar to yours... a 23-25 BMI and a goal weight of 130- 135lbs. :flowerforyou: Congratulations on meeting the BMI healthy level!

Good question- I'm not really sure. :( Sad, isn't it. I won't ever lose the whole tummy bulge-4 kids and 1 c-section almost guarantee that, but it's still a goal of mine (you can't succeed if you never try, right?). I guess normal would be a stranger looking at me and not thinking I was fat, or better, seeing me as someone who is fit and active. And of course, actually -being- fit and active.

Amazing! I know what it feels like to hit a mile stone like that, I this week hit Overweight on BMI after 7 long months of hard work! Be very proud! And I think you look fanulous!
  • Congrats on being "normal" . Hope be there myself in a few weeks!
