I know it sounds weird, but sometimes I use Fage 0% fat Greek yogurt mixed with my homemade salsa for salad dressing 8 oz. of Fage has 23g of protein.

Homecooked, fresh roast beef slices or leftover lean steak
Homecooked, fresh chicken breasts
Tuna (not nearly as much sodium as the turkey/ham julienne of a "Chef Salad")

Low sodium, well rinsed legumes (not nearly the protien of meat or eggs though)
Shrimp or Crab
Almonds or Peanuts
Tofu
Eggs
Cottage Cheese

i use spinach, grilled chicken, hard-bolied eggs, soy beans, a little bleu cheese, and thats pretty much those whole salad lol...cottage cheese is a good one too(but i usualy dont buy itcause it goes bad too fast for me, i love to use kidney beans and garbonzo beans, for dressing i just use balsamic vinegar.0
