I am currently at 190lbs, 5'4 and considered obese. I am making it my goal to not just "diet" but to make a life change as well. There is no excuse for my laziness recently except that I was not motivating myself. Which is my fault. I need some more friends that have fallen off of the wagon and are getting back on track. Send me an add and I will be sure to help you along the was as best as I can.

You can do it!! I fall off the wagon at least once a week. It is a process.

I haven't exactly fallen off the wagon but I agree, it is a continual process.
It is all about adopting a healthier lifestyle by making the right choices (less food, more exercise)
You can do it! You're re-focusing and starting new = yay!
How many times will it take until it becomes a way of life? Who knows?
But as long as you keep starting over - it WILL happen.
I wish you only the best and please feel free to message me if you ever need a "pick me up"!
    God bless!

In the last couple of weeks I have fallen on and off the wagon so many times it should be counted as exercise: step ups.
The important thing is the getting back on part, you wont get better at it if you don't keep going. It's all part of it , and a learning curve.
Others have got to their goal, so can we... why not?
Support is so important, that's why I love MFP
