Hi all,

I just started this yesterday. It is fabulous. I have a new baby and 31 lbs to get off and this is soooo convenient to help control my eating. Can't wait to hear from some of you.

    Hi and welcome to the site,

    I am from Grayslake IL, near Great America.

    I started using the site again and am now in my 7th week. I lost 7 lbs. in 7 weeks and I am really enjoying the process and have learned so much from everyone here.

    They are a great source of information and support.
