LENT SEASON -Daniel Fast What are you eating ?

Hello everyone. Well last Wednesday was Ash Wednesday and I am doing the Daniel Fast and combination of fasting for 40 days. Although the focus of the fast is to reconnect with God and consecution with Christ, I still want to be able to lose weight and exercise without restricing my eating plan. Every ten days we are to not to eat sweets, and junk not eat after 6pm. With Daniel Fast you eating fruits, vegetables and water. The first four days were fine but yesterday I ate bacon, turkey sausage and did not eat any veggies. So I made me some pinto beans to give me some protein but I would like some suggestions as to meals plans one doing for lent in terms of eating habits and still trying to workout.
