Hi all,

Ok so I've just finished round 2 of insanity and am currently repeating month 2 before I attempt aslyum. While I saw some nice results the first time around insanity I've been stuck at 159 for 3 months and I have no idea what I can do to get the scale to budge again.

From mon to fri I go to the gym in the afternoon where I do 45 mins of cardio (eliptical and treadmill on alternate days) and 30 mins of strength training. Then in the evenings mon to sat I do my insanity workouts. I've tried upping my cals although I have to meet I struggle to get to 1200-1400 cals a day. I drink 8-10 glasses of water a day, have tried on cutting down on carbs and upping fruits, veggies and protein but still no luck.

I would appreciate any help or tips you guys have on how to re-start the weight loss process.... I am still 40llbs away from my goal weight and don't want let this standstill discourage me :(
