BOXERCISE - How do i log it????

Hi guys!! 
Going to boxercise tonight for the first time and dont have a HRM!
The guy who takes the class told me it burns between 700-900 calories per hour but i dont believe him :laugh:
Im assuming there will be some standing (holding pads) etc so i wouldnt log a full hour, prob just 40min to allow for any standing around.
What you guys think i should log it under? High impact aerobics???
Id rather under estimate than over estimate!
