New and looking for accountability

Hi, I am 35 and go from 160 to 135 pds when i lose weight. My problem is that I travle to Haiti-a 3rd world contry to volenteer anywhere from 2 weeks, 4 month or a year at a time.
I set myself to lose weight and eat right before I go and stay the same weight when there, but when I return I tend to gain 20pds in a VERY short time then level off (my activity level goes from 150 to almost 0 sitting on the couch eating all the sweets I can) something I dont get when In Haiti.
I know I always need to keep track of how much I eat and what in a written form or I start gaining.
If you are looking for a countability like me, would love to chat.
