So I am a new-again MFP member. I joined about a year ago, and quickly fell off the wagon :embarassed: . I started logging back into MFP in early Jan and have so far lost 12 pounds. Not as much as I would have liked so far, but still a victory. Overall, I have more than 100 pounds to loose until I reach my end goal, but am pleasently suprised at how much of a difference 12 lbs are. For the past week or so I had a short unintentional hiatus:embarassed: .

Since I see myself everyday, its hard for me to really notice these differences, but after discovering last night that I now fit into a pair of my slacks again (woo hoo! ) I was reminded of why I am working hard on this. Its not easy, but i will get there... It will take a long time, but i will get there! And I keep reminding myself that when I fall, I just need to pick up where I left off and continue on.

I am looking for new friends to help on this journey, so feel free to add me, and I will do my best to be an active support system. Especially those who share similar goals! Happy losing!

hi add me can i ask if you are doing calories for 1lb weightloss or 2lb i,m struggling to get the scales to shift however got into my trousers today that i havent had on since nov so somethings happening 20 days in and impatient me thinks i have about 80lb to lose .
  • I am on a 2lb per week goal. It could be that your scale is broken, or that you are gaining muscle and becomming leaner.
