Macro ratios?

So MFP set me to something like 50/15/35 (carbs, protein, fats) and I changed it to 55/20/25. I've been looking into differing opinions on macros, proteins in particular, and a lot of people are saying about a gram per pound of LBW, thing is I've seen that that level is for bodybuilders and weight-training. That's not me. And fitting in 108 grams of protein is bloody tough. Some sources say that 50-80g a day is about right for an average woman, and others say that for a regular exerciser but otherwise quite sedentary life it should be 0.60ish grams of protein per pound LBW.
I mean, there are so many differing theories and formulas out there, for goodness' sake. I'm just a 26 year old woman looking to tone up, maybe shed a few more pounds and generally alleviate as much of my mental issues as I can with limitations through a decent food and exercise regime. I already lost 10 stone over the last 7 or so years due to many things, one of them a fear of food and general self-hatred. Now I'm trying to obsess the RIGHT way, I guess, seeing that I can't stop altogether.
Any input from actual human beings would be appreciated.
