What keeps you motivated?

I have a major problem staying motivated. I lose a few pounds, then I just binge. To the point of being sick. I try so hard to sabotage myself, it seems like. I want to lose the weight, I don't want to have to deal with the health problems my grandfather does, and my mom has some similar problems sneaking up on her. I want to be fit and healthy well before I turn 30, but I just can't keep with it! So, what keeps you motivated? How do you reward yourself?
Thanks! :)

The self-confidence boost, the feeling I get from others noticing, thinking about the shopping for a smaller size, my children. I also notice what helps is a co-worker of mine helps me out so much. She holds me accountable and it really helps me think better in terms of this lifestyle change. I've some recent changes in my life also that has pushed me to finally thinking of myself and my babies and I cannot keep living the way I was if I want to be here for my babies. Good Luck to you and dont give up, it is so easy to do. I heard this saying that really helped me, "Nobody would ever finish a marathon, if they went back to the starting line every time they got tired." I tell myself constantly, I am gonna keep running this race until the end. I have NO choice but to WIN, with God on my side. I have to tell myself that everytime I feel tired of exercising and other things too. Keep moving.

Oh and I fall but its the next step thats most imprtant....staying there or getting up. Choose to stand.
