I have had four kids and although I have lost 11 pounds the tummy is my toughest place to tone. Planks seem to help, lots of them! I do reps of sits ups and other ab exercises and then planks in between my sets.0

What are Planks?0 -
1.Lie face down on mat resting on the forearms, palms flat on the floor.
2.Push off the floor, raising up onto toes and resting on the elbows.
3.Keep your back flat, in a straight line from head to heels.
4.Tilt your pelvis and contract your abdominals to prevent your rear end from sticking up in the air or sagging in the middle.
5.Hold for 20 to 60 seconds, lower and repeat for 3-5 reps.0 -

Thanks! I might have to try those out.0 -
Unfortunately the stomach is often the hardest area to lose weight. To make matters worse, there is no realistic way to lose fat in a specific area (your body often loses fat generally "all over"). To get your stomach more flattened, you will simply need to continue losing body fat by eating a caloric deficit and keeping a good pattern of exercise (2-3 days a week of working out 30+ minutes with some amount of intensity).0
