i've been on MFP since last year but I had to delete my first account because everytime i see my log, it just depresses me more.
Now I made a new one in the hopes of making a new start. Yet I still can't get my head to reprogram into exercising again like what i did a few weeks back. once i fell off the wagon, i just kept eating, sitting and crying myself out of the mirror.
i lack motivation. 20 pounds to go and i suddenly lost it.

Add me if you'd like, I'm great motivation! It's always good to have a "team" when trying to lose weight! You can do it!0

You don't lack motivation - you made a great first step by joining again! It's in you to do this - one meal, one good decision at a time. Don't think too far ahead - just concentrate on the now. What's the best decision you can make for yourself right now? You made a great one by joining again. What's your next one going to be? Best of luck!0
