I feel a little unmotivated. I also hurt myself at the gym the other night and don't what that to hold me back, you know. Anyway's just wanted to say hello and ket you all know that I am back. I've missed you guys!

Alright, girl. Now.....you can do this......Gear up and get ready for the gym. Work your upper body if your lower body is not 100% or vice versa. You had some great times with your family and it's time to get back on track.....We're here! :flowerforyou:

It's great to enjoy time with your family! Don't let it get you off track, just start back up again.

I hear you about hurting yourself. I strained my hamstring on Monday and was really bummed cause I couldn't do as good a workout as I wanted. Tuesday I was supposed to do my cardio and was worried I wouldnt be able to. My boyfriend gave me some good advice. He had me put muscle rub on the hamstring and then do my eliptical routine but at lower resistance levels than usual. I did a longer cool down and then some extra stretches. Then when I got back to work I sat on an icepack I had brought. and today it feels fine.

The moral of the story. Injuries don't need to stop the workout, just be aware of them and accomdate your workout so as not to hurt it more and then take care of it after.

Take another look at your inspirations and the reasons you want to get in shape. You hang in there and don't get discouraged. You have a lot of people rooting for your success. You can do it! :flowerforyou:
