Anyone adding additional workouts to JM Body Revolution?

Hi I am on week 2 of Jillians Body Revolution and wondering if anyone is adding additional cardio and/or strength training to it?

I just started today and I am doing the kickstart, so no addon's for me, but I am thinking of continuing with the extra cardio after the kick start even if only 3 days a week. I really want to shed the weight before my birthday in May, so I am in a zone.0

Today is day 2 for me. I am also doing the kickstart program this week, but have Zumba class tomorrow so I am only going to do Cardio once tomorrow. I do plan to do the treadmill in addition to Body Revolution starting with week 2.0

Thanks for the replies. I was thinking of adding an additional cardio on the elliptical. I didnt do the kickstart the first week but i think I will just do it this week. Not the diet part though just the cardio add on. Thanks again!0

I just finished day 2 and so far I am liking it. The workouts seem to be on the easier side right now (for me at least) but I am enjoying it because I know that as the weeks progress I will want to kick the TV...lol The cardio 1 dvd is actually kind of tough for me, but I am also trying to quit smoking, so I always have hard times with cardio. Definitely worth the money and once I finish the kickstart I am going to do the treadmill on non-cardio days I think.0 -
My MIL ordered it for us to do, but she gets to do it first. I watched the dvds for the first two weeks and I can't wait for my turn. I plan on doing the kickstart week, and then adding on her kickboxing dvd as additional cardio after that0

I have not gotten mine in the mail yet but based on the 30 min and my experience with her other DVDs I plan on continuing to run 2-3x a week, (3 miles). I will also continue biking and rollerblading because that is what my husband and I do for fun0
