MOTIVATIONAL HELP!!

Hi everyone!!
Im currently pregnant. Due May 28, 2012 (: 2 1/2-3 more months!!
After this baby is born, my goal is to lose up to 80-100lbs.
Lowest weight: 100.
Goal weight: 100-120.
Current Weight: 200.
Highest Weight (before pregnancy): 160.

Ive never been so big before. I feel so ashamed. Embarrased. Afraid my fiance will cheat on me, even though he loves me no matter what I look like. Maybe it's just the hormones from pregnancy. But...

Ive asked around to see if Wii Fit or Zumba works. And Ive decided to stick to Zumba.
But, the problem is...I have alot of motivation, but, i dont think its enough..
Could you help? Add me? Pics of your success? Pics of skinny girls?

Id really appreciate it if you guys could motivate me as soon as my baby is born. So, i can lose all this weight before it gets any worse. I want to see my baby grow up!!

  • It's not that bad! I weighed the same when I was pregnant and you lose a lot of weight after the baby. My son was born in December and I already lost 30+ pounds.

    I was the same way you were, I was making excuses as to why I was looking to lose weight...but overall it's an unhealthy mind set in your head and it's never going to go away until you realize any size is beautiful as long as you're healthy.

    You have to open your eyes and realize all the food you are taking in is due to the fact of what your baby needs, it's not about you anymore. It seems like you're looking to lose weight and you're using the baby as an excuse as to why you want to do it. And it's wrong, admit that it's for your own reasons because there's nothing wrong with that. But...how tall are you? Because even pictures of you when you were skinny looked unhealthy. healthy is when you still have SOME meat on your body.

    I think you do have a problem bigger than what you would like to admit.
