yummy wrap sandwich

I found this recipe in my recipe file (the pile in the pantry)..and had forgotten how delish it is. Just made it for lunch and had to share...

1/4 c peanut butter
1 tsp. asian roasted chili paste
1 tbl. soy sauce (low sodium)
2 tbl water
mix together in small bowl....spread 1/3 on a low carb tortilla (or other flatbread

top with shredded carrot and sliced sugar snap peas, roll up, and enjoy! about 220 calories, and enough left for another wrap tomorrow or to share!
