Protein that fluffs

I am looking at getting some protein powder to make fluff.
I intend to just use the protein powder, ice and skimmed milk. So far I have read that ON Casein is a good option and the flavours are nice. I have also seen that Syntha-6 has loads of flavours, but I am not sure if it makes good fluff.
Does Syntha-6 make good fluff.
What is a good brand to make fluff that has a wide range of flavour options.

I think the key to fluff is to use casein protein (as opposed to, say, whey).
I use Optimum Nutrition, they have a few flavors.
One thing nice about using a plain old vanilla is that you're free to use any type of fruit with it as you may desire without getting potentially funky flavor combinations.
Having said that, I use either the vanilla or banana cream.0 -
I always thought that protein fluff was just protein powder added to blended fruit and milk/yoghurt
I didn't know there was a specific fluffing part to it!!0 -

Cool cheers for the link
I didn't even know egg whites were meant to be in it. I can't buy them here so I will have to stick to the yoghurt
But I think I will invest in some casein now, normally just buy whey0 -

You could always just separate the egg between yolk/whites.0 -

I dunno, I'm a bit funny about not cooking them. Like the dude in this vid said the carton is pasteurized0 -

what is "fluff"? I use protein powder and sometimes make shakes to get additional protein, (but I'm lazy to make them so I usually just add a scope of whey protein to my iced coffee) I also try to drink protein water (it's not alot but every little bit helps)0

Really? Never seen them, which aisles? You are brill for shopping info!!0 -
If someone has not said it, there is a whole protein fluff group here. Just search in the groups sections. I have found fluff works fine with casein or whey protein. Some work, others don't. It is trial and error. Sometimes adding some Xanthan Gum will help.0

To Picola94....

and enter 6755369 into the search box
Has added guar gum and if my maths is right works out to be c16 egg whites for £2.89 but is currently on save 25% and it's freezable.
According to manufacturer's website it's also in Morrisons, Coop & Waitrose. The more people buy it, the more it's likely to get to Asda / Tesco's.

Should be in the chill section somewhere, at a guess I'd say near milk on the top shelf where the specialist milk is.0 -
Brilliant, I'll check that out thanks!0
