Does anyone else out there use vibration plates or as I know them flabelos machines ? The flabelos machine advertises that 10 minutes is equivalent of 1 hour work out. It's supposed to burn fat, tone muscle, improve circulation. I have integrated using them into my fitness routine, I use them for 20 mins 3 to 4 times a week alongside 'proper' exercise....but I don't know how to log them on here or how many calories it burns etc.
I know a lot of people are skeptical but I can feel a difference, particularly my legs and arms which I am focussing on when using these machines ( you can adopt specific positions to target areas) and I have ached after using them! I don't want to start a are they aren't they debate just wonder how to log them on here
