    I just added a pack of the noodles to a chilli con carne that I had made for work this week. Yumm!!

    There is a large variety of these noodles by different companies. They are usually found with the cooled soy products in your local grocery store. Hope this helps.

    I love these noodles! I have the Nasoya Shirataki Spaghetti ones and they're so good if you cook them (obviously, you're supposed to) for three minutes in the microwave and then put garlic salt into them. You mix it up and then I put some vegetables I had sauteed in a pan (broccoli, mushrooms and spinach) and then mix it all together. It's amazing.
