20 pounds down + an NSV

Today I had a lady at work say "You've lost some weight haven't you? I noticed because of your outfit, it fits so well."
I was totally excited. I knew I could tell and my family could, but I didn't know other people were noticing that much. I've lost about 20 pounds since Thanksgiving by eating healthier foods. Didn't join MFP until about 3 weeks ago and my weigh in day isn't until tomorrow officially, but the sneak peek I did this morning puts me down about 8 pounds since I started logging my foods and exercising again.
As for the NSV, I LOVE that size L t-shirts fit me well now. Size XL are hanging off me now.

you know you can add your weight from the beginning before you started here... just go into weigh in and then edit previous entries then add an entry for the date with your original start date... it shows your total loss then...0

Wow! That's great! I actually started dieting 6 days ago ( eating healthy, exercising ) logging my foods in and down 4lbs! It's great to see that it's just not me but logging foods and keeping track actually is working out!
