Hi Im new

I'm trying to build some confidence. I have recently quit smoking. And Im now trying to remove the extra pounds from quiting and just the lack of watching what I eat. I feel like the battle is only begun with the non smoking im 2months in as of the first of march. I have tried before and started back the reason I usually return to smoking is because of the weight gain so now Im trying to battle them both at once. Not an easy chore but im out to win. I don't wish to die from either the fat or the smoke. I need all the help I can get.
