I know these things can't be completely accurate but are they pretty close? Of course, I've heard about them for a while now and I read upon how they work. Are they worth the investment? I would really like to be able to track BF% for myself if possible because I really don't even care about how much I weigh right now.
Thanks!
Thanks!

This is a case where you get what you pay for. The ones that have a handle like this one cost about $100 but will be the most accurate.

However, to get an estimate you can pay less and get something like this.

You can get them in the range of @20 or so but that I wouldn't trust.
I hope this helps.0 -
My bf% scale scares me it says it sends a shock up my bodyand I feel like I can feel it. (I'm sure I'm just crazy) but I don't like to think that. I figure I'm 98% fat anyway I'll worry about it once I'm in the regular bmi.
Sorry just realized that post was not help at all lol oh well.0
