help with belly

From the sit ups and leg lifts I do, I could see a noticeable difference above my belly...... But I don't see any difference in my belly...... Any tips on slimming of the baby bump (which is twelve years old!!)??????? Haven't measured it, to know exactly.....just going on visual right now!!!!!

    If there is fat on top of the muscle you need to burn that off first.

    Unfortunately we can't spot reduce fat so you have to overall lower you body fat %.

    Working on strengthening the muscles in your core will help it look a bit flatter. Take some measurements, you might be pleasantly surprised at the difference. Sometimes we can't always see what is working.
