IdealShape Shakes

I am interested in reviews of the IdealShape meal replacement shakes. I am also interested in reviews of EAS Lean 15. I am currently using Body by Vi which tastes great but am interested in something with more balance in proteins and carbs. Thanks so much!

I use Ideal Shape shakes and love them! You can see my weight loss on my ticker, i use ideal shape, stay within my MFP calories 95% of the time and attend 3 fitness classes a week.

i do 2 most days during the week, 1 or none on weekends. Feel free to message me (as i may miss posts here) or friend request me if you want to see my diary. I mix lots of different things with my shakes as well.
