High protein, low cals - any ideas?

I have awful migraines and daily headaches, and my neurologist just suggested a game plan that included, among many other things, more protein - 75g a day. I'm all for it if it will help me reduce my headaches, but I'm also trying to lose weight. Any suggestions for high protein foods that won't break my food bank?

I am a vegetarian, but here's what I eat for more protein...

mozzarella string cheese- about 90 calories a stick- 7 g protein

plain yogurt for parfaits- about 130 calories per cup- 14 g protein

edamame, shelled- 1/2 cup of beans is 100 calories- 8g of protein

milk for cereal- 1 cup skim milk is 90 calories- 8g protein

I am not really sure what counts as a high protein food, but this is where I get mine.

Thanks, guys - I stocked up on tuna and yogurt last night, and looked at the whey protein shakes, but have never used anything like that before and didn't know what they were like...I may go grab some yet.

NO FRUITS if you are tryin to avoid headaches
fruits have sugar which increases BP which can cause head aches

So it is, I never knew that. Thanks for the heads up!
If its blood pressure related, make sure to eat a LOT of potassium containing foods as well OP. High potassium low sodium diets have been shown to decrease blood pressure like gangbusters.

Nope-no blood pressure issues here. My blood pressure is actually bordering the low side, so that's definitely not the cause for my headaches. But I do know many people who do have to watch their BP for that reason.
