Bok Choy?

Hi Guys!
I went shopping at the farmers market on Sunday afternoon and came home with tomatoes, mushrooms, strawberries, zucchini, green beans, and bok choy. It smelled good, I've heard its good for you, but I can't for the life of me decide what to do with it. Any ideas??

I like to put it in cauliflower fried "rice", its good in any stirfry though. Don't overcook or it starts to taste a bit sweaty, but yummy when cooked right.0

I cook it like I would swiss chard or greens. cook it down a little with olive oil and basalmic vinegar. or you can just steam it and eat it with a little olive oil and soy sauce.0

I usually just steam it and eat it - it is lovely. Otherwise I shred it up and stick it in when I make a stir fry.0
