Hi there...I am having a hard time snacking and eating 'extra' for breastfeeding. I am looking for ideas of ways to get extra calories without too much fat...Thanks

Don't cut down too much on the fats..."good" fats are important while you are breastfeeding. I usually snack on nut mixes, peanut butter on celery or banana, hummus and veggies, Greek yogurt, or Kashi granola bars. Try stashing some snacks near the chair where you usually nurse your baby so you don't forget to eat, and don't forget to drink plenty of water. Hope that helps!0
