That's not one of my facourite LoL pleanty tastes better than being thin and is good for you...
Some of mine:
The best kind of sweat is the kind that's dripping from your face.
I don't stop when I'm tired, I stop when I'm done.
Don't give up what you want MOST, for what you want NOW.
Unless you puke, faint or die, keep going.

Last week I challenged myself to do 60 minutes on the Arc Trainer. I about quit at the 40 minute mark because I'd run out of water. But I decided to push through. And I made up a motivational phrase to get me through those last 20 minutes:
I DO HARD THINGS.
I even posted it on my computer monitor at work to remind myself.0 -
I am not a dog. I will not reward myself with food.
I say this to myself every day.0 -

Love these. Except I agree with the not loving "nothing tastes as good as being thin". I've seen it before in magnet form and feel like it sends the wrong message. (ESP that I have 3 preteen girls in the house) thanks for posting this I will definitely use some of these!0
