Muscle Soreness

Hi All,
Please suggest what I could do recover much faster from my muscle aches. My workouts are important to me so I need a faster recovery time so I could do my best work . Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

    I take a hot bath with Batherapy (the one that says "aches and pains") every night after my last workout. It is a liquid that you put into the bath and it makes your body feel like you are bathing in pain relieving ointment. It tingles and kind of numbs the pain. I don't know what I would do without it. You can get it at Walgreens, Walmart, etc. Good luck!
