Hula Hooping

Has anyone ever tried this as a workout? I am really interested in it because all the girls who hula hoop are so fit! I am just worried I might be too big to hula hoop. Any stories?

    You just need to get one right for your size. I think when you stand it up it should be somewhere between your belly button and your bottom of your bust for beginners. As you get more advanced you can get smaller.

    I make my own hoops so I have several sizes and weights. You can purchase a hoop from Etsy.com made just to your size you want. Or Hoopnotica.com or Hoopgirl.com. Orrrr you can buy a heavy duty fitness hoop from a sporting goods store strictly for fitness.
